We’ve spoken about getting into the right state of mind, relaxing and visualising before you start your learning session. Today I want to talk about what happens during your learning session.
Have you ever sat in a meeting or lecture and after about 10 minutes, start to day dream? You usually pay attention again when the meeting is about to finish!

Rather than do one block of 1 or 2 hours at one time in a week (students usually do this before their tutorial!!), try 6 blocks of 15-20 minutes during your week. Put it in your diary for 3 weeks and create a new habit. Then let me know what difference you’ve noticed. I think you will be amazed at the results, Jo
