When you use your brainpower for studying or learning eating well is important for both your mental and physical health. If either of these functions are depleted you will not excel as you should. The brain is an organ just like the heart and lungs and also requires the correct nutrients. When choosing what to eat, it is important to make the best choice to enable the brain to function at its best. The ability to concentrate and focus comes from the steady supply of energy. Oily Fish

We can only obtain essential fatty acids through our diet.  we need to obtain these omega 3 fats through eating oily fish e.g. salmon, trout, sardines, and a variety of oils and seeds such as linseed oil, pumpkin seeds, soya beans. The affect of eating these foods are that they can improve your brain function, heart, joints and a general sense of well being.
