If you're looking to recharge, this geothermal spa is the place for you. Using the forces of nature, this spa will promote your physical wellness and energy. You might as well spend some of the best years of your life feeling great.

11.  Blue Lagoon, Iceland
You've seen the first 10 life changing places to travel in your 20's last week and here are the second 10 places to visit.
12. Jellyfish Lake, Palau
Picture

Here you can swim with thousands of jellyfish and not worry about getting stung. This will only add on to that 20's notion you have of being invincible.

13. Havana, Cuba
Picture

This is a destination that is slowly gaining popularity, as it should. Its a bit like travelling into a time warp, but that the whole splendour. Your metabolism hasn't nosedived yet, meaning you can eat ALL the Cuban food you can force into your mouth while you are there.

14.  Half Dome, Yosemite National Park, USA
Picture

This is a place that is beautiful in the blistering summer heat, and absolutely breathtaking in the winter, when it is covered in fluffy, white snow. Its one of those places you "have to see because you're young and you can".

15.  The Great Wall of China
Picture

This is a travel destination that anyone who paid attention in their sixth grade history class will remember. Not only is the sheer size and structure of the wall astounding, the view is absolutely incredible. When you're in your 30s, you can say you travelled the world AND you learned something other than how many shorts you can do in a row.

17.  Drake Passage, Antarctica

Penguins. Not enough of a reason for you? (Really, penguins aren't enough for you?) Well, this isn't your typical party spot. Instead, its a place more removed from society, which makes it the best place to try to discover yourself.

18.  Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic
Picture

Only a short two hour ride from Bohemia and Prague, this is a hidden gem in central Europe. Travel here and do something you cant back home, like rafting down the beautiful Vlatva River.

19.  Carnival, Rio de Janeiro

Carnival is said to be the biggest party in the world. Millions of people flock to Brazil each year to enjoy fantastical parades, endless music and delicious food. For anyone looking to experience the true meaning of celebration, this is as wild as it gets.
20.  Bodo, Norway
Picture

Not every moment of your twenties should be spent drinking. This is a destination less about booze and more about a culturally rich European area. Bodo is a quaint, seaside town in Norway that happened to have an incredible view of the Northern Lights.

10 Life changing places to travel in your 20s

Traveling in your twenties is a great chance to shape your worldview moving forward. You're more appreciative of other cultures than you were in your teens, and you still have the energy for endless exploration. These are the places that are perfect for that.

1. Tiger's Nest Monastery in Bhutan
Picture

This isn't one of those party hot spot destinations packed with other people in their twenties, but that's why you should travel here. Its a place that will make you want to learn more about it, like how it is believed the Padmasambhava flew to this location from Tibet on the back of a tigress.
2.  The Dead Sea, bordering Jordan, Palestine and Israel

Picture

The Dead Sea is an interesting destination due to all of its Biblical History. Or, maybe you will think its cool because its a body of water so densely filled with salt, you will always float on it, no matter what.

3. Salt Flats, Bolivia
Picture

If this picture isn’t enough justification for you, just think, this place is miles and miles of flat, zen, abandoned bliss. People say your 20’s are for adventuring and partying, but personally I think they should be a time to relax, before your career takes off and you have a family.

4. Mount Fitz Roy, on the border of Argentina and Chile

5. Petra, Jordan

This is a destination meant for people looking to challenge themselves. It is one of the world’s toughest climbs. The good thing is, you are young and hopefully very healthy, so you can make this climb. Your mind will tell you that you can’t, but you can.

Petra is another destination that encourages you to continue learning in your twenties. You can learn all about their rock-cut architecture before you’re old enough to worry about the architecture in your own home.

6.  New York City, USA
Picture

Everyone needs to see the New York City skyline at least once in their lifetime. NYC has more to offer than you could possibly have time for: trendy dive bars, leisurely bike rides around Central Park, and the ever-popular Times Square. When else are you going to have an inordinate amount of time to try and accomplish all there is to do in New York?

7. Santorini, Greece

Picture

You probably don't know any Greek, but that's okay. It’s suggested to travel to places where you don’t know the language, to add onto your adventure. You will experience ordering the wrong food, getting really lost, and one of the most memorable times of your life.

8. The Lantern Festival, Taiwan

Picture
At some point in time, you need to experience the spirit and wonder that makes up the Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival. Being a part of this epic festival in your twenties allows you to tell future generations and hopefully inspire their own journey there.

9.  Lapland, Finland

Picture
You can stargaze in an igloo-styled hotel room. Need I say more? It’s not going to be cheap, but your income right now is dispensable. You don’t have to worry about paying a mortgage.

10. Las Vegas, NC, USA
Picture

You’re 21 and over now, so Vegas is probably high on your priority list. While there, you have to try to get the on the guest list for the highest-grossing nightclub in America, XS Nightclub.
