Where is Italian spoken?

Italian is one of the romance languages, which are derived from Latin, the language of the Romans. It is spoken by almost all of the population, although in many parts of Italy the people take pride in preserving their distinct regional dialects.

The Italian language is used in many areas within Australia and overseas. Anyone with a good knowledge of both Italian and English can communicate with educated people in most parts of the world. Career opportunities are endless with the Italian language.
