My name is Beatrice and I am an Italian native speaker coming from the North of Italy. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in “Italian Literature” at the Università Statale in Milan. This degree qualifies me for the teaching profession and while in Milan I taught Italian to adult immigrants. Once in Australia I developed this career by getting involved with the main Italian organizations in Adelaide and teaching the Italian language and culture to adults at different levels. I also co-hosted a talk-back radio program at Radio Italiana 531 and took part in a project as a language assistant in different schools across Adelaide.

Guten Tag! I am Liz, I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, but have found my home in Melbourne in 2008.  Language means freedom, expression, independence, conversation, self-reliance and connection for me.
Language shapes how we perceive the world and how we think and act in it.  I was always fascinated by these complex structures of living languages.
Therefore I love helping students expand and refine their language knowledge here at VLLC in both English and the German language.
