What is the VLLC Children's Language Program:
This program is a structured series of planned lessons to suit children aged between 5 and 12. It will expose students to both the language and culture of a specific country. By using a mixture of online and facilitated learning, the students master the 6 general capabilities of:
VLLC provides child-friendly and understandable concepts while keeping students engaged in fun and educational topics through conversation, games, art and craft, worksheets so that the child can learn easily and enjoyably.
Language choices include Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Indonesian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Russian, Arabic and Thai. Parents may need to print some worksheets and make sure that their children have access to some supplies such as paper, pencils, eraser, coloured pencils etc). VLLC has always focused on competency and delivering language courses with practical language outcomes. VLLC language courses are relevant to the current language requirements in Australia. |

VLLC's Children Program provides a complete language solution for your child and allows your child to gain confidence in communicating in another language:
Research shows that learning a second language boosts problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills, in addition to improving memory, concentration, and the ability to multitask. Children proficient in other languages also show signs of enhanced creativity and mental flexibility.
VLLC Children classes consist of the following:
- 50 minute online class via Zoom
- Up to 6 - 8 students per class
- From $380 per term
- 1 lesson per week during school terms
- Courses may vary according to numbers.
